I have upgraded a client to Office and Outlook 2007. The migration worked fine and his on-line e-mail came up. However when I tried to open the archive file I received a message, "cannot open file." There was no indication that something might be wrong with the file or what I could do to remedy this problem. Has any one seen this issue before? I have ten more clients to upgrade and will need to have a solution prior to going forward with the CEO's computer. Any help is appreciated.
