Trying to create an email message form in Outlook 2000 as specified in KB article 258256. The procedure says that on the Tools menu, under Forms, there should be an option for "Publish Form As". Problem is I only see "Choose Form" and "Design a Form". Has anyone run into this before? Is there a step missing from the KB article?
