Okidata 7300 Color Printer

Hello,

I have an Okidata C7300 color printer that is giving me an "AKC Busy" error. I've reset the printer, deleted and added it back to the server (and at the workstation) and it still fails to print. There are no documents in the que. All test pages say that they print successfully, yet none show up at the printer. I've tried printing from a variety of applications...none work. I'm inexperienced with this model and can't spend all day on it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You don't mention which OS you're using. Perhaps you have a driver/OS mismatch?

If you're using Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003, what entries appear in your event log?
