OKI ML3321 problem

please help me..
i want to print information on a spetial paper
my printer is OKI3321 (Matrix printer) but i found that
i can't print until the last lines ,and the paper not completelly visible by the printer.

That is the way it is. To print on the first line the paper will be barely visible above the print head carriage.
What kind of paper, and what settings for the printer? Ed Fair

printer setting is paper type:A4 color:non,speed:6ppm
maximam resolution:240ppp.
but my paper is customized paper clike checks papers.
