when trying to print acd reports on printer, I only get trash. Have verified baud rate, parity, etc. Pbx prints to screen on laptop with no trouble. Currently settings are 9600 8, n, 1

BUFFER IN PRINTER MAY NOT BE BIG ENOUGH, CHANGE THE BAUD RATE TO 1200. IT MAY BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THAT SPEED

Why not just do a file capture from the Laptop, then print it out?

Check the config for printers on the terminal and the printer. Is it ANSI. Also check the settings on the printer. It should work OKI's have been simple and reliable for me.
