Oki Data B6100n Manual feed dead?

I have three of these that are doing the same thing. from the control panel on the printer I set the manual feed tray as default and the appropriate paper size/type. weather it be from the computer or the printer controls, I always recieve a E2 Jam, Misfeed. Or E3 Fuser Jam. The paper only feeds in 2" - 2.5" It never reaches the fuser nore the drum.

Even Oki data was mistified, tech support and engineering were unable to explain the cause or a fix. So I'm just shooting this out there to see if anyone else has experience with these or actually run into this problem before.

Recieved The OKI B6100 back from the OKI repair depot, they just threw parts at it until the problem went away, I have 3 more printers with this exact same problem so I'm not much closer. Has something to do with the "Bottom Chute" and "Roll Assembly" anyone out there had any similar issues ??? Appears to be a timing issue upon deeper reflection but with out knowing what fixed the problem I'm still a bit mistified
