Just had time for a very quick look. The one thing that stands out (or not) is the color of the links. Pretty light. I saw the "next' link at the bottom of the page them realized there are numbers there too. DeZiner

Overall I like it. Second look, maybe make the heading more clear or bold as the faded look makes the subject of the content look kind of iffy and you most likely want to portray confidence.
