okay looking for help on routing

xc 6.1 software
i've built routing tables 001 & 002 all calls go out fine until I try 9+0 so I added that and call going out. So how do I add 9+011? Can't get that to add and if I take out 90 from the dest. code list and add just 9011 then I can't get local operator. How do I fix that? Thanks in advance Brian

If you have a route that will take 9+0 then it should let you dial 9011, unless you are absorbing digits and using a dial string. Am I missing something?
