ok, where do i start with a pre-excisiting access db to make it web?

where do i start??
i already have an access database and i need to make it into a web based front end, and maintain the access back end... all i need is a good starting point and i should be on my way... though i'm sure i'll have more questions later on...

I've been trying to do the same thing, but the information on working with Access and FrontPage is very limited. Most people seem to be using SQL Server instead.

To get you started, open a web page up. Select Insert>Database. Click the Use Database Connection>Create. Select your database from there.

You can also create a data access page in MS Access; since it's an HTML page, you can edit in FP. That's about the extent of my knowledge. As far as I can tell, ASP programming may also be needed to support the database.
