The question is, can the PBX produce this? How? I have a phantom station built, x-ported to coverage that points to a coverage-remote number. The call to the remote number completes as it should, except once the call is answered (connects) a single DTMF digit is applied. I noticed this when I answered the call on the remote device prior to VM pickup and heard the DTMF tone (as yet unidentified). This problem causes different things, when going to most VM systems of the remote numbers, which is typically what answers, the single DTMF digit causes a bypass of the outgoing greeting and goes directly to the beep to leave a message. As far as trying to find a cause in the PBX, I can't even imagine a situation where I could simulate through programming, especially in this G3V4, that would have this effect, consequently I can't think of where to look to turn it off. One thing I noticed is that the calls come in on the local PRI group and go out the LD group in most cases. I did try rerouting and even changingAnd that all calls complete, if answered by a live body, the call can proceed without trouble, although you can hear the digit if you answer live. If it goes to VM, the digit acts upon the VM system that answered, which mostly is to go directly to leaving the message.
