ok...iframe..div...overflow:auto? kina long

ok...I have a page (And I have a top half, and on that top half, I need a left col,scrollable, Right col., scrollable, middle col that is static. then, on the bottom frame, I have a left col scrollable, and a right, that acts as the main content area.

when I use the div to make the top, left colum, it works, but not in NS6. Same with iframe, tried that and it messed with the bottom frame. I have things in a frameset right now, and I am not apposed to starting over, but, I want to know what the best way to get the appearnance that I have now in IE is but for NS as well. What would be you approach to this set-up. I want multiple menus, targeting the main content section.
