OK! I Give Up

I am using OUTLOOK EXPRESS on my machine, connected to RoadRunner. In the email mode, works great - gett RoadRunner and MSN Emails.

In NEWSGROUPS, I can reply to the group no problem but when I try to "REPLY" which is REPLY TO SENDER, it calls Netscape Composer? I cannot seem to find out where in all the options I can make a change!

I use OUTLOOK all the time but this just seems to be a "feature" which I would like to do without -

IE>tools>internet options>programs tab> change to "outlook express" in the "Newsgroups:" dropdown menu.
