Ok, here's one for the GURU'S.
Got a N* Flash, one mailbox only you go to save say 2 messages no problem. You back to listen to them and it won't let you, the message from the Flash is "can't continue".
Here's what has been done, deleted mailbox and recreated, changed extension and port in N*. And even gone as far as changing the phone to please customer, still broke.
Anyone ever hear of this one?

Check and see if Genral delivery mailbox is full or any others that might be setup on Voicemail.

You might need to hook up the laptop to see usage.

Did you try a reboot?

Itas srn-007 flash release notice of 1.7 "to correct a low instance of getting cannot continue when playing saved messages"- ok,, maybe not those exact words but if your software is at 1.5.00 the word is to upgrade your software

No. But if there is only a few mailboxes, try defaulting the whole thing back to startup. If this is a programming glitch that is release specific, this may help. When did the problem start after install?

Thanks for your input, I was afraid of software problems but I needed to confirm for the customer
