OH MY! Gmail dropping "less secure apps" setting for VMEM 1

I received a notice that Gmail will be removing the option "Use Less Secure Apps" as of May 30, 2022.

Does anyone know if this will cause a problem with voice mail to email? If so does anyone have a solution?
