We just put in a 200 icp (ax) in a motel. it has the guest romm key that lets you set call restriction for the rooms. (int,loc,long distance) there are also some office phones that we do not want want under the guest room key. We just want them to be able to call LD all the time. The ld keeps getting shut off on these. I could not find anything in there cos. Does anyone know how to do this?

One piece of information not provided is whether this system has PMS integration or not.
If PMS is enabled (assumed) then it is likely that the system option Outgoing Call Restriction is enabled. This option allows you to modify the restriction on phones to override those set by the PMS.
The default restriction for sets created when OG call Restriction is enabled is internal. Admin phones would then be modified via the Guest Key to allow LD. This should only ever be required once for admin phones.

I can't remember the last time I worked with a lodging (not PMS) system.
That being said...
With lodging the room status option (In COS of the set)should not be enabled on Admin sets. There is no need to change the status as there is with a PMS system.
If the System Option (Form 4) Outgoing Call restriction is turned on I would suggest turning it off as well.
