OFX and HSBC reports

Hello, I am currently using ACCPAC 5.6A and am from Vancouver, BC.

We have currently been switched by our bank to HSBC net and we are having problems converting reports into the OFX statement format to be used for bank rec purposes.

If anyone could shed some light that would be great.

PS I have looked online and tried various csv to ofx converters and none of them are working properly.
