OFO Unable to get Minimum quiet time...

I get this error message sporadically when I back up my Exchange server...does anyone have any idea what might be causing this problem and how to fix it...I've been to Veritas' sight and they have a write up but its not for the version i have...8.5. If anyone could help...I'd be much appreciative. THANKS!

Try reducing the needed OFO quiet time by editing the registry:
