OFO Open File Option MSCS offline

Hi list:
we have a MSCS Cluster with BENT 8.5 Server. installation by default, but when we use the cluster admin tool the and move the groups, the cluster go offline, if we uninstall OFO, everything works fine. Is OFO Cluster compliant with MSCS.
