Hi. I've read through the other threads for the same problem faced :
" OFO: Static file on device running OFO has grown to maximum size (1200 MB) and cannot be incremented anymore.....To increase the size.....bla bla bla..... The static file was filling up at a rate of 3430KB per minute."
OFO Settings:
-------------
My initial OFO size is 400
Maximum 1200
no disk activity : 5 sec
quiet time : 2000 sec
I've set the OFO location to D:\OFO folder. D:\ has at least 3GB of free space.
OS :
----
Win2000 Server
Solutions tried :
------------------
1. We have updated the patch fix obtained from veritas. For a while, the backup worked.
2. When it stopped working again, we changed the OFO settings with different variations, and yes, all the time the initial is smaller than the maximum size. That didn't work.
3. Then we restarted the server one day. THe backup worked for about 4 days.
4. We restarted again (hoping that it will solve the problem again) Worked one day..
5. Now, restarting doesn't seem to help.
p/s: C drive (where veritas sw is installed) has only around 400MB free space. That should not affect right? since I specified the OFO to be at D:\OFO
Any suggestions are greatly welcomed
