Offsite Note for new group list_v 5.0

I like the new groupd list to send out broadcast messages. It works fine. But I have everyone using offsite note and it is taking 22 hours before it pages people. I have 4 ports and 60 people. I can tell you how three or four systems try to offsite 60 people with only 4 ports. But I or the engineers do n't know how the system waits for an open port and how long.
