Hi All,

I have a bcm 450 6.0, trying to forward a phone always to a cell phone. It forwards the call no problem but if the cell phone user does not answer call it disconnects and gives a busy after about 5 rings and never goes to voicemail. If the user is on the phone it will go to voicemail no problem.

Any Ideas?

Check the Callback timer in SYS programming.Extend it.

Is the cell phone user out of local calling range from the BCM and now long distance?.
If so try inserting a 1 before area code and see if works properly.

Tried all of the above, still having the same issue.

provider is windstream (Paetec) this worked fine when the system was a 4.0, Just seems like I am missing something!

I have same problem...3.7 with clients going across the border.
They have not got back to me on the suggestions above.

Are your users local or long distance from the BCM?
