Does anyone have any info on the offline message store if you are just useing 1 mas. I know that by default it uses the offline folder in the vserver but i am getting files in it and the mss is not nor has it ever been off line. Just trying to figure out why

Hi Ken,

I checked our R2.0 (MSS) and noticed some empty directories in C:\Program Files\Avaya Modular Messaging\vserver\OfflineStore. I checked the Event Log to see if the MSS went offline at the time the directories were date stamped, but it didn't.

Regards,

Seezer

I did just find in the admin guide that any call answer message is also put in the offline folder for 72 hours. Why i don't know but mailbox to mailbox is not but an outside caller is.
