OFFLINE FOLDERS IN XP PRO

Hi Guys,

Having problems with some of our users WHO ALL USE LAPTOPS with offline folders. When they comeback on the network they can make few folders online but few remain offline,when right click the folder and try to uncheck the option 'Make Offline folders Available' its greyed out.Users have no problems with permissions as they have full administrative rights.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Have you tried manually synchronising the files?

Click My Computer and select Tools \ Synchronise from the toolbar. Select the offline files and click the synchronise button.

Sorry I think I explained the problem bit wrong. I dont want it to synchronise all the offline folders.
