Offline folder question

Hello all. I know how to make my documents avilable offline via group policy. I am wondering if I could make subfolder to be available offline via group policy.

My goal is to have a offline folder on each users desktop that would sync with a central repository.

I can script the folder creating however unsure of to make it offline. Thank you.
