Hi

We encounter a problem where one of our remote users comes into the office - and they end up losing their documents from their My Docs.

My Docs is redirected by GPO to a server share - which is set to be available offline with a 2GB limit (5% of HDD).

The user only has 100MB so I know she isn't reaching this limit...

I would like to know a couple of things...
1) How can we prevent this happening?
2) Are offline files actually stored somewhere we can try and find the important file she is missing

She didn't synchronise with the server on the VPN before coming in so there are no copies on the back ups or server itself.

Thanks
James

How to view a file in offline cache (Client Side Cache)

Do you have a location like this that can be checked out for files, if you do it is probably well protected and may require correct permissions or taking ownership to access?
C:\Windows\CSC\v2.0.6\namespace\............a couple of other subfolders.
