Offline Files for more then One Account?

Hello All.
I have a user whom checks two accounts on the exchange server.I have set outlook 2000 to use files in offline mode.The primary(for lack of a better term)account files work like they should in offline The Secondary Account will not store the folders in offline mode.I thought once I set it for OUTLOOK the offline folders would work no matter how many accounts the person is checking. Any help would be great. this is running on windows 2000 service pack 2 and the exchange server is 5.5
