OFFLINE BROWSING

Hello friends !!
Whenever I save a web page, I use following procedure

=> file => save As =>(name the file as) abc.htm

When I browse the same file; offline after fewdays/months,it opens
but not all the elements(images etc.)are properly displayed.
Also the time this html page is displayed, one more Explorer window pops up, titled as "mhtml:file//D\html\readme.eml".
Which if opened can be see as blank one.
With this there is one Error messege window has following display:

Error msg.window Title : Explorer.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x77fcc2c6" referenced memory at 0x00000000".
The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program


The same is the case with the html files which I create locally
on my comp. having following config. :-
o/s : windows 2000 advanced server
Internet Explorer 5.00.2900.0000IS

How to fix the Problem ????

Indications Of Infection:

Presence of the files C:\ADMIN.DLL, D:\ADMIN.DLL, and E:\ADMIN.DLL
Presence of many .EML files with the same name (typically README.EML or DESKTOP.EML)
Surprisingly open network shares
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
