Hy all

I'm trying to get my distribution lists (subcontainer under reciepients) available when users work in offline mode. Actully they have the choice to download the reciepients or the distribution list container.
What i'm looking for is that they just download one adress book with all the the subcontainers under recieptients ??

Does any^body know how to do that ??

Please help !!

You need to configure your Exchange server to generate an off-line address book for the "Global Address List" The Global address list contains all unhidden mailboxes on your server.

To do this open Exchange Administrator. Find the "Configuration" folder and open it up. Within the Configuration folder (on-the-right) you will find an option called "DS Site Configuration" Open this option up. One of the tabs on this option is "Offline Address Book" Select this tab.

On the Offline Address Book tab select the Add button. Another window will come up. Find the Global Address List which is right under the Organization Name. Select it and click OK. Please keep in mind that the Exchange Server will not generate this new address book until the set time on "Offline Address Book Schedule" (You can always set it ALWAYS then set it back after the book is created.)
