Recently in our environment we have deployed a new anti-virus called Sophos to all client pcs. Since the deploy we have been experiencing a word issue. There is a considerable delay when you open the document and when you save the document. The time delay is about a minute. Some users are experiencing this message also” Saving the auto recovery file is postponed for the document”. The firm that I work would not like to turn this option off in word. I have found this article from Microsoft as a workaround for right now but this is only a work around.
