OfficeXP--Any help out there? 1

I've just recieved two new units for our 150 unit company which has XP pre-installed. The Outlook2002 will not recognize the Microsoft Mail which runs our internal LAN e-mail service.

No help from Mr. Microsoft because of the OEM status. First experience with this. The knowledge base just simply says that the 2002 does not recognize Microsoft Mail with no mention of a work around.

Tempted to uninstall and re-install the Small Business which was actually working FINE!!
