Hello we are in the process of trying to prosecute an individual who calls, harrasses and threatens women at our company. Our vendor who maintained our system is no longer in business so we would appreciate any assistance on our Officeserve 7200. Here are the issues:
1) We had 200 voicemails showing on one users phone but when listening it played only 15 or so. Where are the actual voice files on the system and can we try and see if we can get it directly? Hoping maybe some type of archiving or such?
2) We may need to reset the password to access the unit. How can we reset the password and also can we do so without affecting the saving of any voicemail files?
