Hi bit of a newb im afraid. we don't have Samsung official support in Cyprus but my office inherited a officeserv7100
I have looked through all literature i can find but am swamped with it. Can anyone pull me in the correct direction.
I have 3 incoming lines on 701,702,703 (standard analog lines)
I have 5 stations 201,202,203,204,208 (Keyset Model DS5007S)
what i am trying to setup
Stations 201,202,204 to use lines 701,702 for Incoming and Outgoing only. (I would like when 9 is pressed for outside line it to only select either 701 or 702)
Stations 203,208 to use line 703 only. (I would like when 9 is pressed for outside line it to only select 703)
I would also like 203,208 to be able to pickup line 703 if they hear it ringing and no-one is at the desk.
I would also like to use the station keys to join or un-join either of the two groups.
I have been testing settings changes every which way but i cannot seem to get the above setup.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
