Officeserv factory reset

Hello there,

I don't deal with Samsung very often, so please excuse the basic nature of my question.

I need to default a few Officeserv systems, which were passed on to us from a leasing company. I don't have access to the technician access code, and have no means of finding it out.

Is there any way I can do this?

Gently does it. If gently doesn't do it, smash it with the hammer.

If you press and hold the RST button on the MP card for approx 20 seconds, that should do it.
