I have a this OS7200 connected to SIP gateway (Neogate TB200) via BRI connection, and it generally works fine.
The problem only comes when a local Samsung extension is forward to an external number.
Callers to this forwarded extension DDI, receive no ring-back tone, just silence while the call rings at the external number, until answered.
When the same SIP gateway is connected to a different PABX the ring-back issue does not occur, so it must be something on the Samsung causing the issue.. any ideas?
