Is there a way to program the system (either using a handset or the OfficeServ DM software) to forward all incoming trunk calls to a different, external number?
We have 4 ISDN 2e channels on the system and our supplier is refusing to put a call divert on the phone number, so I need to find an alternative way to temporarily redirect all incoming calls to another number.
