Hi all

Please go easy on me Im new here.

We have recently installed a second hand officeserv 100 phone system. it all appears to work except when dialling an outside line.

If the system is set to pulse dialling we can dial out, however if set to DTMF we can't dial out. Its as if the phone is waiting for a send key, however we have no send key.

I have been through the officeserv 100 software but cant find any MMC setting to make sure the system is in overlay mode not en-bloc. We are using the 12 key samsung dcs keysets.


Can anybody help with this old system?

make sure you have the trunks in groups in mmc 603 & you can check overlap dialling in mmc 420 (iirc)

Yes trunks are in groups, however I have "no corresponding data" from mmc420
