OfficePoint 150E outgoing traffic problem

Hi, we have Siemens OfficePoint 150E (with CBPC, STLS4, FMC8, IMOD,V24/2 cards installed). I couldn't figure what happened, but when i trying to make some external call there is the problem: recipient couldn't hear me (but i can hear him). Same problem when i answering on external call... It's look like my outgoing traffic is blocked in some way. This is not provider side problem, because phones connected directly to the line are working fine.
I had experienced this problem one week before, and made reset to solve it. But now it's back

Hi,

Try to isolate on the power supply. If you have spare power supply try to replace it.
