OfficeLinx - Mass Recall Function

Has anyone successfully set up the Mass Recall function within OfficeLinx?

I have followed the instructions outlined in the OL Feature Description Guide and am able to get it to work to a single mobile number, but it won't call out to the other phone numbers listed in the notification tab. I have checked off the Cascade Notification and the Cascade Notification Loop back.
