Hi all..
I have a Dell Latitude c400 laptop which connects by USB to a HP officejet G85xi printer. Everytime I print my calendar or tasks from Outlook 2000, it doesn't print and it spikes my cpu to 100% and stays there. I find that the only way to kill the print command, since "delete print job" doesn't do it, is to kill the hpoeng07 process.
I have tried all the patches and SR's and nothing seems to work. Since this is a USB not a parelell connection the fix on the HP or MS website doesn't apply ( I did it anyways! )
Help me please!

Thank you !
