Where I work, we recently received 2 Officejet 1150c Pro multi-function machines. Both from different places. Both of them print badly with the black ink. It seems it skips lines, & is spotty is some places. In the print cartridge test page, it consistently prints inconsistent patterns. We have put in brand new cartridges, cleaned the contacts, & cleaned the heads (manually & let the machine do it on it's own), but have had no progression in finding the solution. I'm trying to find out if anyone has experienced this before, & find out a solution before I order a new carriage for each of the machines. The HP site is bad, & I will call them if nobody here has any info for me, but I'd rather try here first. Thanx for any help anyone can offer.
