Office97 Toolbar Crashes

Dr. Watson reports an application error and generates a log. Interestingly, when running Dr. Watson he reports 'No Faults Detected' even though Dr. Watson reported:<br>

MSOFFICE.exe<br>
Exception; access violation (0xc000000005), Address: 0x0141ba8e.<br>
<br>
I've tried reinstalling Office, copying MSOFFICE.exe from another PC. <br>
<br>
The error occurred after creating an Active Channel on my desktop, then adding the channel to my toolbar.
