Office2K unattended install hangs

Hi,
I am trying to deploy Office2K using the termsrvr.mst and citrix IMS 1.0b. I have cranked the log level up on the unattended install and made it visible, it gets to like 99% of the office installation the then install bar is just hanging and the log doesn't give me anything useful either. Has anyone seen this before ?
