Office2007 How Do You Turn Off Office Updates?

Hi All,

When I installed Office 2007, when opening the program (I.E word), you are given the option to have Office updates show up in my Windows Automatic Updates under the ! icon. I chose "yes. I now would like to disable this. I found an article that said I could go into Windows Update, click on "Change Settings", and then you have an option to "Stop Using Microsoft Update". I don't see this from Internet Explorer 7 though (I see in in IE6).

Any thoughts on how I can turn this off?

Update: I was able to get this working by running "Windows Update", clicking on "Custom", then clicked on the "changed settings" and then I seen the option to turn off "Microsoft Update
