We have a user who uses Office 2003 - When exiting Word he receives the following error....
"Runtime error `91¿: Object variable on With block variable not set"
Can anyone tell me what the problem is and what to do about it?
Thanks very much
This user's Word environment loads a template, addin or docuemnt with a macro that's not exiting cleanly. If it only happens with one document, it's probably a macro in that document. Otherwise, it's a template or addin.
If it's affecting Word regardless of what documents are used, try renaming Normal.dot (eg Abnormal.dot - with Word closed) and see if the problem goes away. If so, change it back and check the macros in Normal.dot.
Failing that, the problem is most likely in an addin, and you could try isolating the culprit by selectively loading them. However, most add-ins are protected, so you'd need to go back to the supplier for a solution.
