Hi,

I have an Excel application that uses macros, and it has to be ran on several people's PCs in my company. I used to set Macro Security to "Low" on them all in order for macros to be working, but I feel guilty about that :). So, alternate ways. I used SelfCert.exe to create my own digital certificate, signed the app with it and now it runs well on Macro Security=High, but only on my own PC. On others, the "Always trust macros from this publisher" checkbox is disabled. What do I need to make my certificate acceptable to my co-workers, *without* bothering any other third-party organization?

Thanks.

SelfCert means exactly that. It is a self certification, thus only applicable on YOUR machine. It also does NOT make you a "publisher".
