I've tried installing the latest service pack for Office XP, but whenever I run it I get the following error message and have to cancel the install:

"
Error 1328: Error applying patch to file
C:\Config.Msi\PT96.tmp. It has probably been updated
by other means, and can no longer be modified by this
patch. For more information contact your patch vendor.
"

Is there any way to sort this out?
