OFFICE XP Service pack 3

Anyone having any luck applying service pack 3 with ohotfix?
I keep getting prompted for the Source files with client Cd installs. I am using the extracted full file version of spk3. I tried putting the Pro.msi in the package and adding the adminpath=C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CCM\Cache\package folder name\PRO.msi and I am still getting error 1706!!!!

To anyone else:

Is there a how to on creating office and windows patches/upgrades?
