Office XP send to-attachment option

Hi Rad, we had an issue something like that.
I hope that this helps you out.
Users were using a MS Word document and using \\file\send to\mail reciepient (as attachment). If the users already had their e-mail open they would get an error message "Mapi Failure could not open file for writing". If the users would close their e-mail before sending the attachment there would be no error message, it seems that Outlook had locked their PST file and would try to use the Administrator copy of Outlook, you should also try signing onto the servers and make sure that this account is already setup and working.
