office XP on PC with SP 4

i cant install office XP on my PC.
Probably because it has service pack 4 installed.
someone else knows this problem?

1 hour ago, i had office XP on it, and i needed to install Frontpage. The same problem there, couldnt install.
by Frontpage it said ' Fault 25003 '. does someone know that fault? on MS it says thing like clean the cd blabla .. thats not it!

hope someone can help me.
