Office XP Istall Package Error Path/File and Runtime Error 75

I have used the Office XP Developers Packaging Utility to make a setup routine. The setup includes system updates and Access Runtime.

The setup runs fine (although very very slowly)however as the setup is finishing I get the following error:

"Path/File access error An unexpected setup error has occurred!"

I am then asked to end the installation.

On ending the installation I get the error:

"Runtime Error "75":
Path/File access error"

The application however DOES install and is found on the Start button. It also works as expected.

What is this error and how can I fix it?

I found that the packaging wizard has a fix. See MS Knowledge Base Q303227

I have not yet tested the fix, but I have installed the patch.

I will post result here.
